For shopping complexes our food and beverages tasting events are integrated with food retailers to highlight their outlets location and produce specials. Before each event AWF staff will consult with centre food and beverage retailers as part of our service to arrange product tastings, promote specials and generate sales in conjunction with our boutique market place offer.
Australian Wine & Food tasting events provide education for shoppers as well as an interactive experience in tasting produce and meeting producers face to face. Complementing and integrating with centre retailers produce has proven to promote higher patronage for retailers and increased sales.
Tasting events create a marketable boutique event for centre management increasing traffic to the centre as a whole.
In conjunction with centre marketing Australian Wine & Food has developed a database of 7000 food & beverage interested clients based in and around Melbourne who are marketed to on behalf of Australian Wine & Food to bring family and friends to the centre where we are operate our activities – further increasing centre traffic flow. Prizes of food, wine and accommodation packages can also be integrated into our event activities assisting with database developement and excitement within the shopping complex.
