Are your products Australian-made?
Our food and beverage range features Australian-made products from Australian-owned businesses.
Can we choose products for our gifts?
Yes. We offer ready-made selections and bespoke gifts. Tell us your budget, recipients and preferences so we can suggest suitable products.
Can we include our branding or a personal message?
We can discuss written messages, video-message options and corporate branding. Available formats, costs and preparation times will be confirmed with your quote.
Do you offer alcohol-free or dietary options?
We can discuss alcohol-free gifts and particular dietary preferences. Product availability and suitability will be confirmed for your selection.
Is there a minimum order?
Order quantities depend on the selected gifts and personalisation. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the available options and any minimum quantity.
Can gifts go to different addresses?
Tell us your delivery locations when enquiring. We will confirm whether bulk delivery or individual addresses are available and include the costs in your quote.
How much notice do you need?
Timing depends on quantity, product availability, branding and delivery requirements. Contact us early for larger or seasonal orders so we can confirm a realistic schedule.
When is payment due for gifts?
Ready-made gifts require payment in full when ordering. Bespoke gifts require a 50% deposit before procurement and preparation, with the balance payable before delivery.
Tasting events
Are tasting events free?
Tastings are complimentary for invited attendees. The host pays the event fee, and any products purchased at the event are paid for separately.
Where do you hold events?
We organise activations in Melbourne corporate buildings, shopping complexes and premium residential communities, usually in foyers or suitable communal spaces.
Can anyone attend an event?
Access depends on the venue. Many events are exclusive to tenants, residents and their invited guests. Please check the individual event listing.
What does a standard event cost?
Our standard four-hour activation starts from $1,100 including GST. We confirm the scope, dates and any additional requirements in your quote.
How do producers participate?
Contact Dale with your product range and website. We can discuss suitable dates, stand availability, fees and representation options.
How do hosts secure an event date?
Contact us to confirm availability and the venue requirements. We invoice following booking confirmation, with payment required within seven days. Your booking documentation will set out the applicable terms.
