Our events bring boutique producers into premium corporate buildings, shopping complexes and residential communities throughout Melbourne. Tastings are complimentary for invited attendees, with products available to purchase directly.
We typically operate in ground-floor foyers or suitable communal spaces. Corporate events generally run from 11 am to 3 pm; residential and other event times can be discussed.

- Work with an experienced organiser to coordinate the event.
We take care of the event details
We coordinate the producer selection, setup and pack-down, and provide the infrastructure needed for the agreed event. This includes tables and cloths, tasting glassware and event support. We provide the required liquor licensing and food permits, $20 million public liability insurance, and work through your building’s induction and access requirements.
Before the event, we confirm the available space, loading arrangements, security, producer positions and guest communications with your team.
Hosting and fees
Our standard four-hour tasting activation starts from $1,100 including GST, payable by the host. Tastings are complimentary for invited attendees; product purchases are separate. We will confirm the event scope, availability and any additional requirements in your quote.
Showcase your products with AWF
We welcome enquiries from Australian-owned food and beverage producers interested in meeting new customers. Our events give you the opportunity to tell your story, offer tastings, make direct sales and receive feedback on your products.
Producers usually attend their own stand. If you are unable to attend, ask about representation options and availability. Contact us for upcoming dates, participation fees and venue requirements.
